If you have obtained any Software pursuant to a specific license agreement, your use of the Services and/or Materials is limited to your internal business purposes related to the licensed Software. Any breach of these Terms automatically terminates your authorization to use the site, and you must immediately destroy any materials obtained from the site.

By accessing the site, you may gain direct access to certain confidential information of Alanster Technologies and its suppliers, including without limitation technical, contractual, product, program, pricing, marketing and other valuable information that should reasonably be understood as confidential ("Confidential Information"). Upon termination of the Terms or Alanster Technologies written request, You must cease use of Confidential Information and return or destroy it.

Your use of the site is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to the processing of your data by Alanster Technologies.

When using the site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself during registration ("Your Data") and to update Your Data to keep it current. Any materials provided to Alanster Technologies (including feedback and suggestions) or posted, uploaded, input, or submitted to any Services or associated services for public review ("Submissions") are subject to a non-exclusive, royalty-free license by Alanster Technologies and its affiliated companies. By submitting material, you grant Alanster Technologies the right to use the material in connection with its business operations, including copying, distributing, transmitting, publicly displaying, publicly performing, reproducing, editing, translating, and reformatting the material. Alanster Technologies is under no obligation to post or use any Submission, and it may remove any Submission at any time at its sole discretion.

By making a Submission, you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all rights to the Submission and that the information submitted is not confidential.

Alanster Technologies has not reviewed these third-party sites and does not control or endorse them or their content. Accessing third-party sites or participating in any activities offered by third parties through links on Alanster Technologies' site is at your own risk.

ALANSTER TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. ALANSTER TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR QUALITY OF ANY MATERIALS OR SERVICES.

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALANSTER TECHNOLOGIES, ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS (IF ANY), SUPPLIERS, OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES MENTIONED ON THIS SITE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES FROM LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR RESULTS OF USE OF THIS SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THIS SITE, OR THE SOFTWARE, MATERIALS, OR SERVICES CONTAINED AT ANY OR ALL SUCH SITES. This site is controlled and operated by Alanster Technologies from its offices in India. Alanster Technologies makes no representation that Materials or Services at this site are appropriate or available for use outside India, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.

Software, Services, Materials, tools, and technical data delivered by or to Alanster Technologies may be subject to Indian export controls. You and Alanster Technologies agree to comply with all export control regulations and acknowledge the responsibility to obtain required licenses for export, re-export, or import. You and Alanster Technologies agree not to export or re-export to entities on the most current Indian export exclusion lists or to any country subject to Indian embargo or terrorist controls as specified in Indian export laws. You and Alanster Technologies will not use or provide Software, Services, Materials, tools, and technical data for nuclear, missile, or chemical biological weaponry end uses.

You agree to indemnify and hold Alanster Technologies and its subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, licensors, suppliers, alliance members, other partners, employees, and representatives harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your Submission, your use of or connection to the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms are governed and construed by the substantive law of India. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or your use of or access to this site, litigation must be brought in state or supreme court in India.

The failure of Alanster Technologies to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect. Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services or the Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Any Software downloaded for or on behalf of the Government of India is provided with Restricted Rights. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government of India is subject to restrictions as set forth in Indian export laws.

"Alanster Technologies Trademarks" encompass all names, marks, brands, logos, designs, trade dress, slogans, and other designations used by Alanster Technologies. Compliance with the Alanster Technologies Trademark and Logo Usage Requirements is mandatory. You may not remove or alter any Alanster Technologies Trademarks without prior written consent. Incorporating Alanster Technologies Trademarks into your trademarks, service marks, company names, Internet addresses, domain names, or similar designations related to computer or Internet-related products, services, or technologies is strictly prohibited.

Except for historical information, statements on this site may constitute "forward-looking statements" within the meaning of Indian law. These statements involve risks, uncertainties, and factors that could cause actual results to differ materially. Alanster Technologies undertakes no obligation to update information contained on this site.
